In order to change the start dates of a policy, we must be informed in advance of the start date.
In order to update other fields, such as date of birth, address and other personal information, please log into the portal and submit a message to our Partner Service Relations Team.

Claims reimbursement
If you would like to request a reimbursement on behalf of your student (and they have already paid the expenses), then you should contact the Claims Office.
Be sure to provide a copy of the insured's medical certificate and any relevant invoices or receipts.
