How to use Digital Doctor Telemedicine
1. Call the Emergency Assistance Service. A coordinator will assess your case and suggest a free consultation. If unresolved, visit a nearby medical centre for in-person support.

2. Our coordinator, based on specific questions and answers, evaluates the case and suggests the insured to use the free consultation service.
3. If the insured accepts, they will be provided with a time slot for the consultation via telephone or video call.
4. If the student’s medical support request cannot be resolved over the phone, they will be advised to see a doctor in-person at the nearest medical centre. The student will be contacted by the Digital Doctor support team who will guide them fully on their next steps.

All cases are handled and monitored in coordination with one of our 24/7 assistance hubs that remain in contact with the doctors and are ready to intervene if the case develops and a student requires immediate treatment.
In case of a serious illness or accident, we also have clearly outlined steps for students to follow in emergencies.
